Shipping

We ship mainly via UPS, Fed Ex or RTL carriers. Quotes can be obtained during ordering process by utilizing your shipping zip code locator or contacting us directly at 1-877-797-7225. If items are outside of the weight or maximum dimensions we will attain common carrier transit to your destination. Quotes are not final and are only estimation of charges. Actual charges need to be agreed upon between you and the carrier.

Damaged Merchandise

The Garage Organization Company is not responsible for items damaged or misplaced in a shipment. When shipped by a carrier including UPS, etc., ensure that you inspect all merchandise when delivery occurs and document any damaged or misplaced items at time of delivery before you sign. If you do not report damaged or missing items at the time of delivery it is the customers (your) responsibility. Returns

We will do everything in our ability to satisfy our customers. If you encounter missing or damaged parts please contact our customer service at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or 1-877-797-7225 for further instructions. We will ship out free of charge missing parts only. All sales are final. If we determine that there is a reason the items can be returned, approval must be given by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The items must be returned in original packaging and properly packed to avoid damage. Customer is responsible for any related shipping charges back to TGOC.

Upon returning, all items will be inspected for use or damage. If it is determined a credit will be issued, a restocking fee of 25% will apply. If the returned items cannot be resold due to shipping damage or customer mis-use, the item will not be refunded. We will notify the customer of this and the customer will be charged for the returned shipping charges.

Additional policies

1. Any returned merchandise will incur a 25% restocking fee.

2. All published prices or communicated prices are subject to change without notice.

3. By placing an order you agree to our terms of service. If after placing an order and confirming our terms of service, and a refund is desired, a 15% processing fee will be applied.
